I brought them a vhs tape (it was in pieces where i tried to fix it) i was nervous they wouldn’t be able to fix it and they got it fixed for me and i was able to watch it again on an USB. it was 10000% worth the money! would definitely use them again for future use and highly recommend them to anyone!

Brought in a little over 400 slides from 65-70 years ago. They did an excellent job of converting to .peg format. Was great to go back in time and be " nostalgic!" Highly recommend.
We received all 25+ digitally transferred dvds and flash drive in a flash!!! Truly 7-10 business days turnaround. I was nervous to send all my “original memories” but it was super easy. I thought to myself calm down you can’t even watch those anyway if they aren’t preserved. Instead of binging TV SHOWS we’ve been bingeing memories we made for years!! Thank you NM!!!
I found some old vcr tapes from my beloved mother , and couldn’t forge out what to do with them since I got rid of all my VHS/DVD’s. I found this place and had them transferred to a flash drive. They did a great job, I would highly recommend.
I found the only 40 year old copy of my original music that was absent from my studio after it was robbed 40 years ago. Nostalgia converted it to modern thumb drive and I can be more pleased to have durable copy of lost recordings from 1974 through 1984

I was excited about using Nostalgic Media. They were quick to scan the photos. I received the photos 8 days ago and I am still waiting for the download link. I have emailed three times and have received no response. So ended up being disappointed.
I've used Nostolgic Media multiple times, and on this recent visit, brought a family members tapes (30+). It's fabulous to get DVDs and a flash drive, to make sure we are all backed up to preserve the memories.

Customer service from my first phone call (call picked up after 1 ring by a human being) through the process (including an in-person visit to drop off my order) to receiving my return shipment was excellent. They digitized my photos and slides in the order I requested and informed me of the quality/issue of my old VHS tapes which impacted the low quality of the transferred tapes.
I have been recommending Nostalgic Media to all my friends, including those out of state. I high recommend dropping off your order if possible as there is a vintage camera and movie projector exhibit that could be a museum in itself.
Thiis was done carefully, calling to say slides had been received, gave us a time estimate then beat it and sent everything back in good order. I was hesitant to send the treasured slides off but now feel quite smart about it al.
I had Nostalgic digitize an old 16 mm film from 1940, it came out great! Highly recommend.
